No longer need your item?... no problem. You can return for a full refund.
If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact our Customer Support Team using one of the options on our contact us page.
RETURNS PERIOD
Our standard returns period is 60 days, from when your order has been delivered.
Members will benefit from an extended 90 day returns period.
We aim to process returns and refund you within 14 days of being received at our returns centre.
If you return your item in original resaleable condition, in original packaging, unused and unfitted, you’ll receive a full refund.

Contact Us
Let us know what you’d like to return, and we will provide a Returns Authorisation Reference. We’ll need to know the details of your original order.
Package Your Item
Pack securely and in suitable packaging, and note your Returns Authorisation Reference inside, and on the outside of the parcel.
Ship Your Item
Use a suitable carrier, and make sure you use a tracked service, and obtain proof of shipping.
